Lied to me about my auto bill and overcharged me. I’ve tried calling and emailing but they have still been unresponsive. I’m cancelling and going with another insurance company since this is ridiculous. Worst customer service

Unresponsive and unreliable, go with another insurance agency

Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service. My family has been with State Farm my whole life, but when Belen took over my families accounts there have been a huge lack of communication that has led to extra billing that James said was going to be taken off my bill (in January) and I’m still trying to figure out months later since it never got removed (April). I’ve paid all my bills in full on time and have done everything Belen and James advised me to do and I randomly get a bill for $56.99 that is an error and they cannot explain it to me. When I told Belen on the phone how frustrated I am she didn’t even offer any condolences just said “I don’t know it’s billing’s fault.” Horrible customer experience. Do not recommend. Our premiums have increased by hundreds of dollars over the past 2 years for auto insurance and it’s hard to get Belen on the phone. My 2007 Lexus should not be over $800 for a standard 6 month auto policy for someone with a clean driving record. Take your business elsewhere.
